Atlanta Taskforce for the Homeless: 2007 [1]

Because jellobrain believes in civic involvement and volunteerism, we have become the ad hoc volunteer Database Administrators for the Taskforce. As such, we are in the process of revamping and customizing their constituent Intake system to better manage intakes and generate reports for outcomes, assessment, and towards grant writing.

United States Social Forum: 2007 [2]

As a leading volunteer and member of the Information Communications Technology committee and a National Planning Committee liason, jellobrain project managed and coordinated the configuration of the Content Management System (drupal) and the registration systems used at the forum.

Institute of American Indian Arts: 2006-2007 [3]

We managed the conversion from a legacy Access database to an Oracle system, and also queried both systems for the generation of matriculation reports.

Bioneers: 2005-2006 [4]

We performed a data needs assessment, wrote the data specifications for their requirements document, and designed + implemented their website. Managed database requirements on legacy system and in conversion to web data management system.

Wise Fool NM: 2006-2007 [5]

Designed and implemented a database to keep track of their members, their mailing lists, and their workshop/class registration and enrollment. Also served on their Board.

StoneAge Hardware: 2006 [6]

They are a jewelry beads wholesaler and retailer. I consulted with them regarding their needs for an inventory system coordinated with their website, and implemented a solution for them involving a bar code scanned for inventory management.

Santa Fe Farmer's Market: 2005 [7]

Created a database system for them to keep track of their food producers and to better manage their stakeholders.

Ecoversity: 2003-2005 [8]

Managed website data management matriculation system for small vocational arts program focussed on sustainability and ecological design.

Apeiron Foundation: 2001 [9]

Managed data management for a small non-profit focused on sustainable building systems. Created data system for management of a concert event held on their grounds.

Volunteers of America: 1999 [10]

Created database system for keeping track of clients, inventory and purchasing for a homeless shelter for girls in Portland, OR.
